- Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 7-10 business days

4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Standard Shipping
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and order weight. Shipping charges are displayed at checkout before order confirmation. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value (e.g., orders above ₹500). Please check our website for current free shipping offers.
4.2 Shipping Charges Structure
Shipping charges typically range from ₹50 to ₹200 depending on the delivery location and order weight. Charges are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Exact shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your account (if applicable) or by contacting our customer service team with your order number.
6. Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate, including PIN code, landmark, and contact number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6.2 Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes may be possible only if the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, address changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners typically make 2-3 delivery attempts at the provided address. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
8. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect the package for any visible damage before accepting it. If the package appears damaged, please refuse delivery or accept it with a written note of damage. Contact us immediately if you receive a damaged package. Once you accept delivery, please verify that all ordered items are present and in good condition.
9. Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned to us as undelivered due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability at the delivery location, we will contact you. You may choose to have the order re-shipped (additional charges may apply) or request a refund. Refunds for undelivered orders will be processed after deducting shipping charges.
