At Beezos Plus, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our premium cashew nut products. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

2. Return Eligibility

2.1 Timeframe

You may return products within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

2.2 Conditions for Returns

Products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unopened and in its original sealed packaging
  • Product must be unused and in saleable condition
  • Original invoice or order confirmation must be provided
  • Product must not be damaged due to customer negligence
  • Return request must be initiated within the specified timeframe

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer
  • Products returned after the 7-day return period
  • Products without original packaging or invoice
  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable)

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective product to facilitate the process.

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  5. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team

4.2 Return Shipping

For returns due to defective or damaged products, we will bear the return shipping costs. For other returns, return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.

5. Refund Process

5.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds are available for:

  • Defective or damaged products
  • Incorrect products delivered
  • Products returned within the return period and meeting return conditions
  • Cancelled orders (before shipment)

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. The refund amount will include the product price and applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges (if any) may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5.3 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, which may take an additional 3-5 business days.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the original product following our return process and place a new order for the desired product. We will process your return refund, and you can purchase the new product separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it following our return policy. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your order number.

7.2 Cancellation by Company

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other exceptional circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.

All our products are manufactured and packed in compliance with FSSAI regulations (License No: 13625999000692). We maintain strict quality control standards. However, if you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us, and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

9. Consumer Rights

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy. If you have any concerns or complaints, you may also contact the appropriate consumer forum or authority.
